About us

“Passion led us here”

  • Originally from the South of France, I have worked as a Sommelier in Ireland since 2004. During this time, I competed internationally as a way to continually improve my knowledge and develop my Sommelier skills. I always wanted to see how far my potential could take me – it was up to me to do the work. In 2016, my hard work paid off and I proudly finished in 3rd place at the Sommelier World Championships.
  • Since retiring as a competitor, it has been really important for me to ensure that the many hours I spent studying could be of benefit to somebody.
  • SommNinja is an idea that I have developed with a view to helping Sommeliers and Wine Lovers on their journey – to reach their potential.
